We start with an initial phone chat to determine if Wooble Creative is a good fit for your needs and budget, if so we will send you a Proposal Agreement.
To make sure we get it right we send you a design questionnaire. This is a really important step in the design process that helps us get a clear understanding of your style, needs, requirements and must-haves.
When we have received your signed Agreement, we then send you a invoice for the deposit for us to begin work
PRE START CONVERSATION
We will schedule a call to discuss any questions you might have before production begins. At this stage we must have the page-by-page content and photos to ensure a timely delivery of the website draft.
If you don't have these ready at this stage we will use WIX stock images temporarily at no charge.
This is when the fun begins, and our Wooble team gets into action.
We aim to provide you with a completed website draft within (2) weeks. We then will issue you an invoice for the 2nd Payment Instalment.
Design revisions are expected. Wooble Creative will make every effort to incorporate and consolidate your ideas and changes when revising the design drafts. The number of revisions is limited to (2) rounds. If additional revisions are requested, they will be billed at £100 per hour, one (1) hour minimum until approval is given.
Payment for final installment is due prior to the website going live. Any delay in the installments being received will result in a delay of production
ANNUAL HOSTING & DOMAINS
You are responsible for purchasing annual hosting through WIX to enable website installation. You are also responsible for purchasing Domain names for your website but don't worry we will link everything together for you and guide you through the process.
